Hey there Braddy Bunchers… Long time no see read/post! Enough of the small talk, though! Let’s get right to the point.
Looks like some of us fell victim to some April Fool’s Day Tom Ricky-foolery!
This week, Ricky Braddy re-appeared on Twitter providing us with updates of his day-to-day happenings.
Today, Ricky graced our hopeful eyes with the following tweet:

We were VERY excited until we realized what day it is: APRIL FOOL’S DAY!

To quote the Backstreet Boys… “Ricky… Quit playing games with my OUR heart!”
On a more realistic note, Twitter indicates Ricky is back in Nashville and working on some new songs!
I bet many of you are as thrilled as we are to learn that Ricky is moving forward and making the best of his American Idol experience.
Ricky, we wish you the best in your musical endeavors and can’t wait to see the fruits of your labor.
We leave you with one request: NO MORE shenanigans, okay? Okay!

Less than 2 hours remain until the WildCard episode begins!
Ricky will be taking the stage in an effort to give Idol Judges what they want to hear and see for his ONE LAST CHANCE to join the Top 12!
Regardless of the outcome, The Braddy Bunch is glad that America will get to hear Ricky sing atleast ONE more time on American Idol - Season 8.
Take a look at some photos from last night’s episode (mjsbigblog.com/wireimage):

If FOX’s News Department would have communicated with Freemantle, Ricky probably wouldn’t be in the position he’s in tonight!

The Rolling Stone recognized Ricky’s blatant lack of exposure during the WildCard Performers’ Selection last night on American Idol.

Much like the Audition and Group 1’s episodes (Performance and Results), American Idol felt the need to keep Ricky’s awesome and fun personality under wraps. Unlike other WildCard competitors, Ricky was not given any mic time after being chosen to perform for a WildCard. Nonetheless, we were all afforded another opportunity to ride Tatiana’s Emotional Roller Coaster! Dumb. Dumb. Dumb.

Entertainment Weekly has yet again favored Ricky by choosing him as a heavy contender for a WildCard tonight. Michael Slezak writes (p.4 of ’American Idol’ recap: Rage Against the Machine):
“Ricky: Best pure vocal among Wild Card contenders; damn his jeans were tight. 5-2 “.
Of course a comment about Ricky’s jeans would surface, being that American Idol has NOT given the audience anything else to write or rave about!

Despite not performing for 2 weeks, Ricky has managed to stay on the hearts and minds of American Idol fans. Ricky was ranked #8 on Entertainment Weekly’s Power List last week and held on to the 8 spot again this week for EW’s Week 3 Power List Rankings.
We think there is much more to Ricky Braddy than has met the American Idol airwaves and therefore, we’re keeping Ricky at the forefront of our hearts and minds too!

The Los Angeles Times reported on February 26th that the Top 12 does not have to be gender-balanced! If this is true, this could be very good news for Ricky Braddy.
